How to Submit a "REQUEST TRAINER"
Submitting a new Trainer Request is easy! Simply go to your CALENDAR and click on the red link "REQUEST TRAINER" The Edit Page should pop up, Here you can input all the information of the appointment and submit the TRAINER REQUEST to your SMD to get a trainer for your appointment. The more detailed the better for your SMD.
Getting Started / Account SetupHow Do I Sign up With BSCpro?
Signing up with BSCpro is super easy. There are two ways to do it. One way is to go to BSCpro.com and click the orange "Sign Up For Free" button. From the Create an Account page all you have to do is fill out the form. If you need more explanation on any of the fields, just click the "Need Assistance" link at the top right of the form and you'll have step by step help. Here is an image of part of the signup form. The second option for signing up is to download our BSCpro app from the App Store (for iPhone users), or the Google Play Store (for Android users). Yeah, there's an app for our website! The app is a faster sign up process for most people on the go. Either way you choose to set up your account is fine. Your activity entered will show up in the same account.
Account, Notifications & TeamHow do I cancel or delete my account?
We're sad to see you go. You can cancel your subscription by going into your profile on our website, go to payments and take it from there. Cancelling is the same as downgrading back to the free plan. So you will still be able to access the free features of BSCpro as long as you like. If you would like your data deleted, please message us with the specifics in our help center and we will take care of that for you.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by going to the login page by clicking "Login" in the top right corner of the page. Or, you can go directly to the password reset page here. Then just enter your username or email address and BSCpro will send you a reset email. Just follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within 10-15 minutes, be sure to first check your spam messages. If it is not there, please contact us. Some mail carriers will on occasion block email by mistake. Using the mobile app In the BSCpro mobile app, tap Forgot My Password on the login screen, enter your username or email, and then check your email for the reset link. Account, Notifications & TeamHow do I see my team tickets?
If your event is being hosted by your CEO or EVC, but users are able to select you as their SMD (or CEO) when they purchase tickets, you can check your team's tickets in BSCpro. All you have to do is go to the Purchases link under Big Events. Last, you should also make sure that you have selected the specific event that you want to look at in the pull down at the top right. You should have a choice between any event for which you are an option as an SMD when purchasing tickets. You will also see any events that you have created yourself. You may see some blank lines, but that just indicates tickets that were purchased under your name or later changed to be under your baseshop but that are not yet assigned to anyone.
Contact TrackerImporting phone contacts into Contact Tracker
We are close to launching a built in method to import phone contacts directly into BSCpro. However, until that is launched (hopefully soon), there is a work around. You can use a free app to export your phone contacts to excel. And then import those contacts using our excel import feature on the Contacts page. There are lots of ways to export your phone contacts to excel, for android, you can try the Export Contacts App and for iphone you can try SA Contacts Lite. (DISCLAIMER: Please note that BSCpro did not create these apps and has no relation to them. These are just some suggestions that our users have mentioned to us.) After you have the excel, you can then go to your Contact Tracker and import them by clicking this button at the top of your list: Just follow the instructions from there.
