Some quick notes:

  • When a recruit creates their own BSCpro account, they will be added to your recruits list automatically IF they sign up as a Training Associate (TA)

  • If they don't, then you will have to add them manually by going to Recruits > Add New Recruit

  • If you try to add them to your recruits and BSCpro says that the code number is already in use, then that means that they are already on the recruits list. They may not be showing up for you. This can be resolved by making sure that the recruits have their direct upline set correctly.

More Detail:

You can use BSCpro to track your recruits. Some teams call this Speed Filters or just Filters. To be clear on what it does, we just call it the "Recruit Tracker".

You may notice that new recruits that join BSCpro are added automatically. This is why we recommend that you make BSCpro one of the first things that a new recruit does when they get coded.

When someone creates a new account and selects that they are a Training Associate (TA) then BSCpro will automatically add them to the recruits list. They will show up on your recruit list as long as they have you or someone in your downline set as their direct upline. If for whatever reason, they do not select TA upon signing up, but you want them on your recruits list, you will need to add them manually.

You can do that simply by going to Recruits > Add New Recruit. If you get the error message that the code number is already in use, that usually means they are already on the recruit tracker list. But it's possible they aren't showing up on your particular list. Usually, that can be resolved by making sure the new recruit has you or someone in your downline selected as their direct upline. You can confirm this by going to My Organization > Team Roster. If you don't see them there, be sure to click the "Inactive" filter at the bottom of your team roster list to make sure they aren't just marked as inactive. If you still don't see them, then that means they need to correct their direct upline.
