A **meeting signup link** lets guests sign themselves up for a BPM. Share the link in a text, email or social post, or print the QR code. When a guest fills in the form, they're added to the BPM's invite list with you as the inviter, and they get a confirmation email.

Each link belongs to you and to one BPM. Other people on your team who share the same BPM get their own links, so every signup is credited to whoever shared it.

## Create your link

1. Click **BPM** in the menu on the left, then **BPM Schedule**.
2. Find the BPM and click its QR code button in the actions column.
3. Click **Generate Link**.

Before you have a link, the dialog shows the meeting and a **Generate Link** button:

Once you click it, your link is created and starts accepting signups straight away. The dialog shows:

- the QR code, with a **Download QR code** link to save it as an image
- the link itself, with a **Copy** button
- an **Accept signups** switch

You can also open the same dialog from **View Invites**. When you're looking at a single BPM, click the **Invite Link** button at the top left of the list. The button is hidden when you view a date range, because a range covers more than one BPM.

## What guests see

The signup page shows the BPM's name, date, time and location (or that it's online), with a short description of what to expect. Guests enter their:

- first and last name
- email
- mobile phone

After they click **Sign up**, they see a confirmation with an **Add to calendar** button. They also get a confirmation email with the meeting details, an **Add to calendar** button and, for an online BPM, the link to join. Replying to that email reaches you.

If the guest is already one of your contacts, BSCpro matches the signup to them by email or phone and name.

## Turn signups off, change or delete your link

Click the QR code button again to manage your link.

- **Accept signups** switch: turn it off to pause signups. The page still opens but tells guests signups are unavailable. Turn it back on at any time.
- **Regenerate link**: creates a new link and QR code. The old link and any printed QR code stop working immediately.
- **Delete**: removes the signup page. The link and QR code show a "page not found" error to anyone who visits them.

Signups close automatically when the BPM starts, or if it's cancelled.

## Customize the signup form

SMDs and above can change the text guests see. Associates still get their own link and QR code; the text on their signup page is set by the BPM's creator or their SMD.

### For one BPM

1. Open the link dialog from the QR code button.
2. Click **Edit signup form**. This button appears after you've generated a link.
3. Change any of the fields. The preview on the right shows the form before and after signup.
4. Click **Save**.

You can change:

- **Heading** and **Subheading** at the top of the page
- **Info box title** and **Info box text** (the "What to expect" section)
- **Heading after signup** and **Subheading after signup**, shown once a guest has signed up

Leave a field blank, or click **Use default**, to keep the standard text. You can also tick **Ask guests one more question** and give it a title, such as "How did you hear about us?". Guests can answer it if they like; it's never required.

You can edit the form if you created the BPM, or if you're an SMD taking part in it.

### For every BPM in a series

This option is for SMDs and above who created a recurring BPM in the **BPM Generator**. You can set the signup page text once for the whole series.

1. Click **BPM**, then **BPM Generator**.
2. Click the green QR code button next to the series.
3. Change the fields and click **Save**.

The text you set here applies to everyone on your team who generates a signup link for a BPM in the series, so their signup pages all match. Changes made to a single BPM from the BPM Schedule page still take priority over the series text.
