You can only upgrade your account type from our website at bscpro.com. First, simply click your profile image at the top right of the page, then select the "Professional Profile" tab.

From there, you can select your level.  If you are a paid user, you will be given the option to continue your paid account for the new level.  Don't worry, if you have already paid for the month for your old level, we pro-rate that amount towards your new account level.  You can choose to pay month-to-month or you can pay 6 months or 12 months in advance to receive a discount.
