If you aren't familiar with what an app is let alone downloading an app, then this article is just for you friend. Your field trainer, team leader, or an office assistant may have asked you to download the BSCpro app recently. Here's a few tips to help you navigate how to find it:
If you have an iPhone, you will find our app through searching BSCpro in the App Store. You should have an icon on your phone that looks like the photo below. Click on the icon to go to the store:
2. Search the word "bscpro" as one word and you'll see our logo below. From the BSCpro page in the store you can click the blue "download" button to get the app. Then you can create your account!
If you have an Android device you will use the Google Play Store to search and download the app. You should have an icon on your phone of the image below:
Search the name "bscpro" and our app will pop up in the search results. Click on The black and white BSCpro logo to install/download the app.
Click the green "Install" button to download the app! Once the installation is complete the app should appear on the last page of your home screen. Tap on the app to open it. From there you can select "Create Account" and fill in the short form. Once you've completed that you can log in immediately and begin entering your activity!
A few things you should probably know:
The BSCpro app and the website are two different things and are used in different ways. The app is simply to upload your activity. Meaning, you will not see the full tracking pages on the app. At least not yet. That activity is logged and tracked through your account on the website.
The most common reason people cannot login after creating an account is because an email address was typed incorrectly or was forgotten. Please be sure to check your email address for typos.
