BSCpro facilitates the organization and ticket sales for the event that is created by the event coordinator. For anything further please reach out to your SMD as they have access to see all tickets assigned to their team via BSCpro. If they need further help, they can reach out to the event coordinator (usually a SMD or above or their assistant )that is running the event. This includes event sites and links.
You can also go to the bottom of the event purchase site and submit "QUESTIONS" to the Event Coordinator so they can reach back out to you.
