If your event is being hosted by your CEO or EVC, but users are able to select you as their SMD (or CEO) when they purchase tickets, you can check your team's tickets in BSCpro.  All you have to do is go to the Purchases link under Big Events.

Last, you should also make sure that you have selected the specific event that you want to look at in the pull down at the top right.  You should have a choice between any event for which you are an option as an SMD when purchasing tickets. You will also see any events that you have created yourself.

You may see some blank lines, but that just indicates tickets that were purchased under your name or later changed to be under your baseshop but that are not yet assigned to anyone.
